Dear Parents and Families,

Get ready, Wildcats! 📚 Our Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Loma Verde this week, and we are so excited to share this special opportunity with our students. The Book Fair helps children discover books they love, build a lifelong love of reading, and feel empowered as readers. Best of all, every purchase helps earn rewards and new resources for our school!

📅 Book Fair Dates: September 14–18
📍 Location: Loma Verde Library
⏰ Time: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

This year, we encourage families to take advantage of eWallet, a safe and convenient digital payment option that allows students to shop without carrying cash. Simply set up an account and add funds for your child to use during the Book Fair.

🔗 Set up your child’s eWallet: https://account.scholastic.com/my-scholastic/profile/ewallet.html?fairID=6266503&sUCN=600035600

Can’t make it to the Book Fair in person? No problem! You can still support our school through the Online Book Fair. Orders are shipped directly to your home, and book-only purchases over $25 receive free shipping. Every online purchase benefits Loma Verde, too!

🙋‍♀️ Volunteers Needed!
We are looking for volunteers to help make the Book Fair a success. A volunteer sign-up sheet will be posted on ClassDojo. If you are able, please consider helping for one or two shifts. Your support helps ensure all students have the opportunity to visit and enjoy the Book Fair.

Thank you for supporting reading at Loma Verde and helping us foster a love of books in our Wildcats. We look forward to seeing you at the Book Fair! Happy Reading! 📖✨
