The Wildcat Way Nov. 2-6, 2026 (Week #14)

Dear Loma Verde Families,

We’ve officially reached Week 14! Thank you for your incredible support during our Red Ribbon Week: Say No to Drugs Spirit Week, Trunk or Treat, and our annual Halloween Parade. It was inspiring to see our students, staff, and families come together to celebrate healthy choices, school spirit, and community. (Be sure to check out the photos below!) A special thank you to our PTO and Loma Verde Student Council for creating the wonderfully spooky Haunted Trail at Trunk or Treat. It was a huge hit!

As we move into November, we would like to remind families that regular attendance is one of the most important factors in student success. To help students start their day ready to learn, free breakfast is available daily in the cafeteria from 7:15-7:50 a.m. Thank you for making attendance a priority because every day of learning matters.

We are grateful for your partnership and for all you do to support our students and school community. Thank you for helping make Loma Verde such a special place to learn and grow!

Warmly,
Bree Watson
Principal, Loma Verde Elementary School 🐾

Gently Used Uniforms Needed

Has your child outgrown their school uniform from last year? The Loma Verde Health Office needs donations of clean uniform clothes to have on hand for children who need to change clothes. If you have any clean children’s uniform shirts, shorts, pants, or skirts that you no longer need, please bring them to the health office.

BREAKFAST & SNACKS: FREE breakfast is available for all students from 7:15-7:55. Students are encouraged to bring a healthy snack from home to eat at morning recess.
